All repairs and maintenance services will be carried out by our own staff, by external companies and subcontractors. All recruited by their professionalism and quality/price ratio.
Repair and maintenance routines will be organized based on the urgency and importance of the work carried out. For larger jobs, we will normally obtain three quotations in writing, notify you and await your approval before awarding the work.
If you request our services we can help you ensure that the work is performed correctly through on-site visits and follow-up inspections.
For your protection, all jobs will be properly documented and supported by the respective invoice and/or receipt
